Accessibility arrangements in the organization EMS Meditrade Group Offices

EMS Meditrade Group is committed to providing an accessible environment at its physical offices for all visitors, clients, and partners. Accessibility arrangements include:

  • Parking and Transportation: Designated accessible parking spaces are available near the main entrance. Public transportation stops are located within easy walking distance, with accessible routes leading to the office.

  • Entrances and Pathways: Entrances feature ramps and automatic doors to ensure easy access for wheelchair users and individuals with mobility challenges. Pathways inside the office are wide and free from obstacles.

  • Reception and Service Areas: The reception desk is designed at a height accessible to wheelchair users. Staff are trained to provide assistance to visitors with disabilities.

  • Meeting Rooms and Offices: Meeting rooms, conference areas, and offices have accessible entrances, adjustable seating, and clear pathways for mobility aids.

  • Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are available, equipped with handrails and sufficient space for wheelchair users.

  • Additional Accessibility Features: Elevators with audio and visual indicators are available. Assistive technologies, such as screen readers and audio induction loops, can be provided upon request.
